Our Process
How we pour concrete
Good concrete work is all about preparation and patience. Here is how we do it right.
Site Prep
We excavate to the right depth, remove debris, and prepare a stable base. This is where most concrete jobs fail - we do not skip it.
Forms
Level, straight forms set to the correct grade. Control joints planned where they need to be. Everything squared and ready for concrete.
Pour
Right mix for the job, proper reinforcement in place. We work the concrete while it is fresh to eliminate air pockets and ensure a solid pour.
Finish
Troweled smooth, broomed for traction, or stamped for looks - whatever finish you chose. Edges tooled, joints cut clean.
Cure
Concrete needs time to reach full strength. We protect the pour and let it cure properly. Rushing this step cracks concrete - we do not rush.

Proper Grade
Water needs to go somewhere. We slope every pour to drain away from structures and prevent pooling. Sounds simple, but plenty of concrete work misses this.
